What is your Organisational Health Profile?

Every organisation is different – it has its own unique culture, style and business focus. As a result each Health-Core corporate health program is slightly different tailored to the organisations specific health needs and goals – tailored to the organisational health profile.

Your organisational health needs can be initially assessed through discussion with key employee groups or a survey of staff health concerns and practices. Advice and specific strategies can then be formulated to address these health requirements.

As your corporate health program commences, Health-Core’s computer data-base provides on-going monitoring of both an individual's and the company's health progress. Data collected on successive occasions provides an indication of health improvements over time. The information on individual employees can be combined to produce company averages on specific health criteria. This information will identify directions for future health initiatives both on an individual and a company level. Strict confidentiality can be assured.

How can your organisational health profile be improved?

Establishing a health and fitness program within the workplace may be the optimal way of meeting your company's health needs. Research indicates that a corporate health program is both an efficient and successful way of changing employee health attitudes and behaviours since workers spend a significant amount of time at the workplace. Other advantages include convenience, having a built in peer support group, the maximum use of facilities and the strong motivational aspect of having a program that reflects a management caring for it's employees.

HEALTH-CORE can :

  2. Design in consultation with employees, a health promotion program that is based on strategies that address the needs identified and that meet the company’s business directions.
  3. Implement the health promotion program in conjunction with key staff. Provide on-going co-ordination and management services to implement improvement strategies and conduct activities / events required. Also provide on-going monitoring of the program to ensure it continues to alter to meet the dynamic changing needs of the organisation and the employees themselves.
