Corporate Health and Fitness Assessments
A fit and healthy employee is an asset to your company through increased productivity and decreased absenteeism. Illness or premature death of valuable employees from disease is a costly liability. Cardiovascular disease is still the major killer in our society. However, in many cases it can be prevented by the early recognition and alteration of risk factors such as high cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, physical inactivity and high body fat levels.
Why have Health and Fitness Assessments?
The provision of health assessments for staff will provide a natural starting point for many employees to undertake health improvements and will heighten their potential for change by identifying personal health needs and risks. The assessments will also facilitate the success of any other proposed corporate health initiatives such as recreation/exercise events and education seminars. These will be more readily accepted by staff as being pertinent to THEIR own personal health and well-being.
Assessments for all levels of employees
A 3 tiered health and fitness screening programme is offered to meet your company's specific needs. Conducted by university qualified health professionals, these assessments can also be utilised to determine the current health status across the entire company staffing structure.
