GROUP EXERCISE
Health Core's group exercise program is designed for people who are aiming to improve their finess but prefer to train with a group.
The classes are also designed to provide an exercise session to compliment a current exercise program and/or provide exercise variety.

What benefits are there from Group Exercise?
There are a number of benefits to the Health Core group exercise classes including:
- Increased motivation by exercising with other people with similar goals
- Only 6 participants per class, so you can exercise as part of a group whilst still receiving one-on-one attention
- Cheaper, more economical alternative to personal training sessions
- A great way to train for events such as Fun Runs, Triathlons, or Strength-based events
