Good nutrition plays a key role in health and wellness and combined with frequent regular exercise can lead to a healthier and longer life. For this reason Health-Core also focuses on your eating habits in conjunction with your exercise program.
Your initial assessment with Health-Core will involve a review of your eating habits to ensure:
- you are eating to provide the energy you need to exercise effectively
- you're eating is aligned with your health and fitness goals such as weight loss, weight gain and/or body fat loss
Key dietary advice based on your personal eating habits will be provided in conjunction with a dietitian where required to ensure you can achieve your goals.
