Our clients vary from new exercisers to sports-people looking for that little extra, from those recovering from an injury or health condition or those wanting to exercise to prevent a future health problem and gain energy and well-being.

When?

At Health-Core we know that for exercise to become a lifelong habit it needs to fit into a busy life. As a result we are available for sessions when it is most convenient for you. Training can be conducted from 5:30am to late at night, 7 days a week.

What do sessions entail?

Your program will include exercises and activities to keep you interested, challenged and to reach your goals. The list of possible activities is endless and includes cycling, swimming, weight training and circuit training, walking and running. So outdoors or in, day or night, we provide exercise sessions that will help you achieve long term health and fitness.

How do I get started?

Health-Core has personal training packages designed to get you started on your exercise routine. All our packages include an initial assessment, the design of your program and then personal training sessions tailored to your budget and the level of support you need to get started and achieve results.
